HOW TO SPECIFY COMMERCIAL CABLE ASSEMBLIES The type and size of cable as well as the selection of the proper end fittings will be determined by your application. Once a design is selected, specify the length of the assembly, pull-off requirements and working load. Working loads should not exceed 20% of minimum cable breaking strength. When specifying cable length, the best practice would be to use the distance between measuring points as indicated.
